How about a raffel draw where each ticket is a £1 and the prize is just one prize of £100 Go Outdoors vouchers, over 300 viewers on Earlybay alone so given the other online clubs mentioned and ticket sales on the day you'd cover the £100 pretty quick and the rest to the mountain guys.
