Thanks for the recommendation Abel![emoji106] Adrian at the garage really knows what he is doing and the engine never ran sweeter!

Stopped off at the Lakes on Thursday as it was such nice weather. Went for a walk on Friday. The engine is running a lot better now with no hesitation. I have also since removed the Malpassi pressure regulator after Abel and Adrians suggestion as the adapted fuel pump push rod is providing the correct pressure for the ICT carbs.

the wheel cover looks good, what make/supplier? Been thinking of same due to cracks in the rim. I've filled them with modelling clay, but it really needs a coat of paint or a cover to make it 'proper'

Been to Aldi today for the weekends shopping. Good excuse to give the bus a run. [emoji6]

Also tidied up (as in I moved) some wiring in the engine bay.
I removed the saggy tar boards. What do others use as a non saggy alternative?

I bought a length of board from B & Q that you use to go in front of a radiator in your house.
It's nearly the same just the holes are a little tighter together. Sprayed it black.

This is the sort of thing I used and some new fibreglass insulation between.
