hi, I have two buddy seats for sale. they are from volkswares. they bolt to bulk heads, and are the sprung loaded type, so go back to upright postion. these are just the metal frames so you will need to make your own seat base and cushions. as far as I know these are new and have not been used. one has been out of package and bit dusty, other in bubble wrap. come with fittings and instructions. £80.00 the pair. collection from Gosport Hampshire, or you arrange courier. will get some pics up in a bit.
