Just fitted all new bushes and gators to the gear linkage but have this unknown bush all others are accounted for but this one I can't find reference to any where for any model bay. Any ideas just for my peice of mind

Hi guys I have a used bottom roller bracket and I need to get the main load bearing roller off of it to be replaced as it is squared off but can't seem to get it off. Any one know how to get it off? the spring clip is already off but the roller doesn't seem to want to budge.

as title really anyone got a guide block for the sliding door on the right side of a LHD van. heritage do them but £25 seems a bit steep compared to the £3.50 for a RHD and I am assuming they are not interchangeable also I am after a cam for the center hinge on the sliding door as mine is snapped
