There should be more than that, one either end of the tubes and the steering idler. Did you pump enough grease in to replace the old stuff?
You count the number of pumps on the grease gun to when the old grease starts to come out of the seals, and then do the same number again to replace with new grease.
Put loads of newspaper down first.

pumped enough till it started coming out eather end and the middle one there is a pin hole it pushes out of when its had enough.
If I hadn't read your thread I would have asked you anyhow. coz you is one of the helpful ones. 8)

Sunday spent getting van as best as I can for nxt weekend. (Aircooled 14)[8)
Done the tappets, so only thing really is to have Carb set up but I'm struggling to get it done in time... But its not too bad, just not 100%
The gearbox and clutch are amazing now though! 8)

Went for a 30 mile cruise for the crack with no problems so fingers crossed.




Playing with the my old bike rack to see if I can bring me BMX!



Need to also Get the Radio flyer on for the kids, it might look lowered by the time I get all the shit in! :lol:
