Time for an update.
Today i was done welding on right hand side, new channels, rear wing, battery tray and other small stuff done
Now its time for welding on left side, channel and rear wing to be fixed.
Put it back on its wheels to have a look

Have seen it before and love this car
It does something with me , and makes me drool over the keyboard

Have also started on Project Sound deadning.
Im putting these bitumen mats everywhere in the bus.
They are just 2mm thick but works very well.

Before i put the rear wing on

In the front

started in engine bay also. Two layers of Splen and one layer of bitumen on each side.

Time for a update. Boring mostly, painted parts of the floor and almost done changing channel on left hand side.
Starting on the engine build next week, hopefully more interesting 8)
Tomorrow i will be finished with welding and can start on the rest. The car must be ready before July or the wife will kill me :?

94 bore
Engle FK8 camshaft with 1.4 rockers and Scat lubealobe lifters
Mini D heads 37.5 x 40 valves
Twin dellorto 45

Har 225/75-15 på 6,5toms mercedes felger, tror jeg må ha noen mm spacer bak.

Har brukbar framgang men har ikke giddet å legge ut bilder i det siste
Er ferdig med sveising og har begynt å sparkle nå.

Welded in new channels, jacking points and some outriggers

Painted floor and put on some Vibroplast. Im going to put this stuff almost everywhere. Hopefully this will help dampening some noise

The car is now sanded down and most of the bondo stuff is done.
Trying to get it painted before may 15 :roll:
Engine is almost together, mostly tin work left to do on it.

Today the car got a coat of primer. And the seats got new covers
