Another productive day!!

1972 rear bumper brackets are not the later style and they are not the same as lowlights... looks like they are a 1 year only style... they are shorter than the lowlight ones! Anyway.... got them now... here I am fitting them to the bumper:

Front bumper is on now also:



Got the Deluxe trim to fit now.......



I'm find that I can't fit the new step rubbers?? Any advice?

Where did you get those headlights. They look great and I bet they are a much needed improvement.

Spent a few hours colour sanding. Its not a show car finish, its been done at home so I'm happy.....

i went 1500 then 2000...

I was really worried about going through the paint. Maybe i should have gone down to 1200 then 1500, 2000 etc.

Anyway - im happy with the result...

Well - The headliner is in! Finally......







That meant i could get the windows back in with the use of the tools lent to me by Grantus!





Last window, last corner going in and BAM - it cracked:
