Buy a new tank and replace all the hoses.
It's all a bit of a pain to get to as you have to drop the engine out. So you're best of just doing all-the-jobs now for peace of mind.
I wouldn't weld up a leaking tank. Too dangerous in my books.

May not be the tank , check all the pipe work but it’s engine out job otherwise

Have heard of slosh tank sealant Woolies I think sell it for old cars. Have never tried it myself but is supposed to be quite good, so I've read, it is still a tank out job.
