Right here i go trying to be logical without checking first so heres the deal

Theres a certain tyre i am after which is 205/60/15

Now im running 185 65 15

WITHout worrting bout width and clearance , i got that covered, my question is about rolling radius so heres my calc based on common sense without looking into it and so am i right or wrong

185 divide by 100 equals 1.85 then multiply by 65 gives me 120.25
and
205 divide by 100 equals 2.05 then multiply by 60 gives me 123

And so this means that my rolling radius is the same/ a tad bigger with the 205s :D

Am i correct?

Wheel calculator says the difference in Rolling circumference is minimal just as you've calculated. 0.89% bigger to be exact.

Chuck your figures in here to work it out. http://www.brspecialtuning.co.uk/Tyre%20size%20calculator.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I get about 3mm larger in circumference.

Edit: Sorry should have read radius.

Cheers guys so thats actually 18.8mm extra on circumferene then using pi so that mens ill be ever so slightly taller geared, good.

thanks again ebay here i come.
