Rear Inner Wheel Arch Closing Panel for 72 Crossover

Could someone tell me or much better show me the rear inner wheel arch closing panel for a 72 Crossover Bay? There are different closing panels avaiable and I'm not sure which one is the right for a Crossover Bus!?
