Re spray advice

I am currently having my 1969 early bay re sprayed.
Colours are sorted and is stripped back to bare metal and being prepped for painting.
The interior will be lotus white and exterior above the belt line will also be lotus white with below the belt line being birch green.
The question the painters have asked is how far do I want them to take the green into each front door opening?
Does anybody have any advice or pictures to demonstrate where to join the two colours so it looks ok with both the door open and closed?
