My bus has no reverse lights and has been through 3 mot's with no issues.
Our two "white" rear lenses have been converted to indicators

Shouldnt be an issue for you!

Don't think you need one, although if you do needs to be working. Mines the same, rear lights converted to indicators.

It's not tested. The above is not correct, it doesn't need to be working even if you do have one.
