Headlight Flash

Hi
I have has a new loom fitted a while back and all was working fine.
But recently I cannot switch between dipped beam and full beam but I can flash lights if required??

Looked at the back of switch and there is a wire floating around?!

Can anyone send me a pic of what wires should be connected where? Or is the loose wire a spare and therfore a red herring?

My two position switch has side lights, then main beam, the flasher on indicators.
Don't get full beam for normal driving. :roll:
