FAO - early bay sellers at Slough Swapmeet

I bought a jalouise window (via bank transfer) from Slough swap meet from someone selling early baby bits, and I’ve just been trying to install it and realised that the lip to screw it to the van has been ground flat and polished off so there’s no way to install it. It was sold at market price for one of these windows at £200 but is essentially junk. I know things are sold as seen but I was wondering if they could reach out to me so I could have a discussion in private chat? Insert sadface
