Bristol Volksfest 20 - early bay "club" display

Hello chaps, I've been asked if we would like to have an early bay "club stand" in the central trade area at Bristol Volksfest, 8th, 9th & 10th June.

More details to follow, but I will need some numbers to let Adrian know how much room to allow us.
This will mean camping in the main arena, so I'll need names and numbers for the booking form by the end of April at the latest.
And we can have our very own portaloo for a small fee. :lol:

OK then, after talking with the organisers earlier today it seems that we have room for 8 vans in a 20m x 25m pitch. So there is space available for one more van.

We will have at least one portaloo for our own use, but will be within short walking distance of the facilities anyway.
As we're set up in the trader's arena as a "club" stand we will be expected to man the front of the pitch to answer any buying and tech questions relating to early bays.
Can anyone point me in the direction of the old earlybay.com flyers, so I can have a few on display?
