New Autocraft rear wheel arch being clamped up for a trial fit to work out the cut lines

New inner sill and sliding door track spot welded ready to fit

Welded in place, fitted like a glove

New rear and front cross members in place (originals had been plated over plating)

Hot air ducts removed due to another plan.....

Time for some Epoxy mastic 121

Then got started on the loom - something I can get on with in the evenings without annoying the neighbours. My wife wasn't happy with me using the kitchen floor though.

Have you trial fitted the SLD ??

It should fit like a dream now, the amount of extra washers I had to use previously to pack out the runners to make it fit was ridiculous. Will it shut with one light push? That will be the test !!
