The belt looks in good shape, when I de Throttle it Misfires .

Where can I find a Mobil Mechanic to come and have a look at my engine. It's making a Whistling fan belt sound. I've got a type 4 engine, don't want to drive as I might Damage it. I live in Woking Surrey

Drivers seat runners are set at a slight angle , the angle must be very slight .Can you see it in the picture ??

my clip is not there but it looks like there was one at one stage ,there are two holes with a thread were it was.
