Engine noise

Where can I find a Mobil Mechanic to come and have a look at my engine.
It's making a Whistling fan belt sound. I've got a type 4 engine, don't want to drive as I might Damage it. I live in Woking Surrey

Did you check the tension on the belt? Is the belt still in good shape?
I can't help you on the mechanic part.

The belt looks in good shape, when I de Throttle it Misfires .
