BayTripper or Rallye dale or anyone else... When you take out the headbanger shelf, does it sort of drop down or does it slide out towards the front of the van? I only ask as I glued my speakers to the roof there, and it would be a pain in the bum if it slides out, I would have to break them...

1600 009 Recent top end rebuild. At idle: removing HT lead from dizzy for cylinder 1,2,4. causes lumpy running as you would expect. Removing HT for cylinder 3 makes not a blind bit of difference to engine noise. Compression test came back good, changed spark plug 3 times, and swapped HT...

Update. Curil T hasn't worked long term. Going to try another hopefully better liquid gasket. if that fails i'll use semi fluid grease instead.
