1/4 light seals - windows fitted

I’ve had the pleasure of now fitting the x3 1/4 lights and x4 side windows after much swearing and greasing. 2 of the 1/4’s don’t open but I’m prepared to leave that for a couple of months ‘to bed in’. I have some gaps in the seals which I’m not happy about. Also the top of the 1/4’s seem to push out a bit with the seam of the seal sitting outside. We fitted the 3/4’s first which looking at some old posts seems to be incorrect - but they are in. Might have to pull a window as the bottom of the rubber has slipped off. But what else should I be doing to ensure a better fit ? Hopefully images will help with my poor terminology.
