D'oh! What happened?
Despite any engine troubles you've still got yourself a really sweet bus - Lee did good on this one! 8)

It got two issues. It gets a little to much fuel, and kind of problems with burning it off in the low rpm's...
And a classic one, dont know the english word for it, but you know - it wount turn the starter arount and then i knock a little bit on the starter, and then the starter turns again

Lee, you can get a proper early bay now. Was a beaut, but you got to keep the family fed and clothed.

TNT, how the hell could you understand what Lee was saying? or did you have a interpreter with you?

Obviously, no one is really interested in an old builders van but,
I have been busy on it, if that counts???



















Don't worry this van is just a means to an ends, once finished it'll be up for sale, then hopefully back into an early bay !!!

It's a 1971 deluxe microbus with a westy poptop fitted a while back, it's got a 1600 type 1 motor & no interior.
It needs a bit of welding & mechanical work then I think I'll make it all straight & shiny this time round!!!!

Plans are to let Carl, Tudor Rose on here, work his magic & get it running & driving, then Steve @ Restore & More is doing the welding for me, as long as I help him out on his buses at the same time!!
Sounds fair to me!!
Then down to Crash Magic so I can paint it up nice n straight & shiny!, 8)
Then interior etc register it etc.

It'll be for sale at any point during the resto if anyone is interested, pm me & I'll work out a price!!

I hope to turn a little bit of profit on this one & then on a couple more , THEN hopefully I'll have enough dosh to buy 2!?

One for selling on/ renting out & one for the family!!!

It's going to be a lot of work but it'll be worth it I hope & whoever buys this bus will be getting a good un!!!!
