Wax oil removal

Been starting to remove the old and crusty belly pans to see what horrors lie underneath, all the cargo floor and various other bit seen to be covered in like a waxy type stuff that's clear, what's best to shift this, when I finally get round to painting /protecting the underneath

White spirit and elbow grease will work. Loads of rags needed.
