Evening all,

My sliding door, closes, locks and opens without much bother. The issue is when closed and locked it sticks out a little at the back and not fully sealing. Which this time of year can make it pretty chilly on a night!

Has anyone got any tips, is it an adjustment and if so is it easy to do?

Thanks,

Owen

Not meant to be derogatory but do you lift the handle up when closed , as this pulls the back end in.
If you do then my bad. Someone will be along to help shortly.
I only ask as I did not know this until explained to me, and the recess above the handle.

Good luck.

Hi, thanks for the reply, yep I do lift up the handle to lock it in, i didn't know that it was this action that drew the back in so thank you!

The rear latch is adjustable so if you loosen the bolts and move it inwards it will pull the door in further. That is assuming it is catching properly at the minute. I need to do the opposite as mine needs a little assistance to shut properly otherwise it pops open or doesn't catch leaving the gap
