Hi All,
Going to ply line my T2 Bay bus. Don t know wether to do the sides first and butt up the floor to them, or do the floor first and sit the sides on top ( of the flooring )
Also regarding the floor to start by filling in the lowest part of the floor ,the largest area with 9mm ply, then, on the part by the side opposite the sliding door where it is already 5/6mm higher, fill the bit with3.5mm ply. What have others done please.?

I'd do the floor first then the sides, as your more likely to remove the sides in the future.
Did mine with 9mm ply, won't bother with 3.5mm ply. carrymat foam roll is useful as it's a sealed foam, cheap from car boots and various thicknesses.
install a pair of cables in there whilst your at it - speakers etc

I have 9mm sub layer and 6mm top layer then Lino. I don’t have any other insulation on the floor. I would have preferred 5mm but could only get 6mm in the large size needed.
