I've found this company that does them

Did me an original 70 washington plate with my original plate. also had uk reg done. Super helpful and quick delivery

Not legal for use on the road in this country and you will get pulled as it doesn't comply to number plates regs, intended as 'show plates' only.

State plates don't do Colorado style I've emailed the company that do them see if they can sort the problem
