Dormobile roof fitting

Was checking out the roof the other day as it's not been reattached to the van since it came back from the body shop. Looks like they've ground down and filled where the roof hinges were attached to the body which makes relocating the hinges tricky.

Are they riveted to the roof or bolted on?

mine appear to be screwed in with cross heads,although the rust makes it hard to tell :roll:

Screwed on AFAIK.
This shows how important communication between the owner and the workshop is.
You have got a bill which includes the time it took to close the holes only to have to open them again.

pretty sure mine are riveted on, i'll have to check tonight but I definately remember drilling out some rivets somewhere around there.
