To celebrate 50 years of the Volkswagen Bay Window in 2017 we are putting together an impressive display of (at least) 50 Bays.
Early, crossover and late are all welcome.

Big news! We are moving.
After 7 happy years at Easter Compton, we've made the big decision to change venues.
We're now moving to the bigger and more expansive site of Birches Farm, Wildcountry Lane, Long Ashton, BS48 3QS.
This is to help soothe our growing pains.
BVF 2017 will celebrate 25 years this year, so expect giveaways and prizes to celebrate this.

POSHWASH VILLAGE @BVF25

This year we have a Poshwash Village, every shower user is given a numbered ticket from one of our attendants.
So while you're waiting for your number to come up, you can have a seat and enjoy a hot drink at our beautiful classic caravan that we've converted into a coffee bar that serves the very best quality barista coffee, fair trade teas and fresh pastries.

The village is always attended by friendly staff who continuously clean the showers and ensure that everything is running smoothly.

As you may be aware the earlybay.com line-up is part of the Big 50 Bay Window Display at Bristol Volksfest this year in the main trade/display/entertainment field.
Because of this vehicle movement over the weekend is limited, and we will be using the trade/performers/service entrance, which is separate from the club/public entrance. So once we're in, we're in for the duration of the weekend. I'll let you all know access instructions and maps closer to the time, but the main thing we need to be aware of is that there will not be any vehicle movement on site between 9.00—16.00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Access after 21.00 on Friday evening will be possible, but extremely tricky, so I'll need to know if anybody will be arriving after this time.
I am sure you all understand the reasoning.
There will be some limited access on the Thursday evening if you want to come earlier and stay, let me know if you're coming please.

Tickets for the earlybay.com line up must be purchased in advance so that I have a definitive list of numbers before the event.
To book tickets you'll need to go through the club camping section on the Bristol Volksfest website. There's a link below in my signature.
Please make sure that when you book you state earlybay line up so that they can be added to our club booking.
The cut off date for all club bookings is 15th May 2017, and the "early bird" ticket price of £35 will remain until this date.

Please note if you are coming for the lineup, there is NO pay on the day access this year.
