My bus has a futbus disc brake conversion at the front but one is binding a bit. The Caliper is not seized and the brake hose is a quality braided one which doesn’t seem blocked. I can only try renewing the master cylinder but apparently you have to buy a lhd one and alter the pipe work ? 😬. Has anyone had any experience of this ?

I don't think there's a difference between rhd and lhd master cylinders. 1968-69 are different from 1969-70 in that you need a t-piece for the front brakes on later master cylinders, and are much more expensive for some reason.
I ran Futbus brakes on my rhd '69 using the original master cylinder with the pressure residual valves removed.
