    70 Bay won't start

Do you know if you have an electric fuel pump? Mine has a facet electrical fuel pump and this ticks until it has charged the system. It stops after a while. Could be worth checking this out. The standard mechanical pumps don't make a ticking noise. The starter motor noise is more of a single...

    Oil temperatures

Out of interest what consensus temperature should you be able to hold the dipstick at? 85-100/110'C is chuffing hot...I know it's momentary but still, you'll burn.. I'm just saying that 75-80'C is probably holdable but after that, when it's not, people still have a range to go rather than...

    Wheels

Hi all, a set of wheels have come up that I've been keeping an eye out for. They are 15'' but 4.5J. I think standard wheels are 5J. Ideally I'd like 5J or 5.5J on the back. Are there any downsides goIng 4.5J all round? Wide 5 '69 bay. Thanks Al

    Propex Heatsource 1600 issues

Hmm, maybe I'll try it around the other way and see if that works too. All i know is it works, which is good, but as stated not fully 100% happy it's right, hence my question if it's not a good idea. I'll give it a bit of time and then call Propex before I finalise everything but clearly there...

    Propex Heatsource 1600 issues

I've just been messing about with my propex 2000, bought 8 years ago but not used very much in that time really. I have always had intermittent issues with it, and the fault code was always the 5 flashes. I've often blown up the pipes with an air line or hoovered the pipes as advised by propex...

first time to South of France

Hi George We went about 6 years ago, family of 5, fully laden. We have a 1914cc engine with a longer ratio gearbox which coped but we still had to be cautious with the heat, and brakes going up/down the mountains. As we had kids who got bored travelling we used both the toll roads, A roads and...
