Both your twist and turn retaining clips are in place.
Using a blunt end , place against upturned pieces and gently tap in a ANTI clockwise direction.
You will find the ring will pop out.

I have to admit that when I had a closer look , whomever did it has pretty much forced them quite far round.
They will come out with patience and perseverance . The only thing to remember is, when you put them back in
you will have to turn them quite far round ,unless you push some of the plastic back into place that has been cut.
