There are 2 brackets (1 each side)that are rivetted under the headlining u channel, these drop down towards the engine and then bend 90 degrees towards the middle of the van. If I remember correctly 2 screws(per side) hold the locker in place from underneath.
If you need the brackets I'm pretty sure I have a pair!
