I know that a coil is a sealed unit, but would it make a difference if it was installed upside down?
It was just a thought anybody know?

No difference whatsoever Jonathan, I've installed coils in all positions with no issues.
Do you think the coil is causing you problems?

Not quite sure just yet but if it does turn out to be that ,it will be the second one in space of a year.

What brand are you buying? Have you checked it is correctly rated for your engine? They are not all the same. It's best to steer clear of cheap stuff.

Yes , do know about the pit falls and first one was a Bosch Beru Blue and the second if it is the problem , is a Petronix.
Will attempt tomorrow with my working spare and see what happens.
