paint supplier?

i'm going undertake a respray my van this year, can anyone recommend any online suppliers for undercoat and period vw code paints? thanks

The last cellulose I used only lasted 3 years before it 'dried up and started flaking off.
Might have been that I didn't spray it on right, but the new paint supplier said it was most probably cheap ebay paint where they use a base that hasnt go much VU blocks in it. How did he know.
What's a decent cellulose base to ask for?

Given all the effort to apply it, be nice to last longer. The original cellys done well.
