Door card holes don't match up!

Hi all,

I've removed my doorcards to fit the plastic membrane, admittedly I fitted them and didn't know about the plastic a few years ago.

I now have to get the door cards back on and the holes in the ply don't match to the holes in the door. Last time I put them on to my shame I glued them! Worked a treat but I know it's not right, and scraping off the residue was no mean feat!

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem? The door cards were bought around 5 years ago, from JK I think,

How far out are they. The way the clips work mean the holes can (and should) be offset from each other as the clip slides in the hole and sits back from it
