My single quiet pack came with one like this u bolt

The jubilee clips are only there to stop vibration.
I only know this because the first stainless exhaust I made had a bracket there that failed and the resultant vibration caused fatigue cracks where the silencer attached to its "in" tube.
The thing fell off in the middle of the town of Albi on a busy Saturday, followed by a long and very noisy drive home. All rather embarrassing.
