Now £11500- Full MOT to July 2018
Up for sale is our original paint Neptune Blue with cloud white roof 68 Bay camper called SPUD - because of the “idaho potato” licence plates. Obviously as a deluxe it was a micro bus being imported a few years ago pre NOVA. We bought this in 2015
being an early 68 bus It has very early bay parts, trigger cab door handles, long rear view mirror etc etc
When we bought it had been stood since importing a year or so before in the guys garage and the engine hadn't be run in the uk. The gearbox wasn't working and it had no mot. I had it delivered to a vw specialist mechanic who overhauled the engine, gearbox and got it all working.
MOT until July 2017 - 1 advisory was no obligatory mirror (age related patina)
Had a couple of people view, hadn't sold primarily due to not being UK registered and as imported pre-NOVA thought they might get stung with a big bill.. this is now all registered and import duties had already been paid under the old pre nova scheme so nothing to worry about now .... got the docs back from DVLA yesterday*** 05-06-17***

There are receipts for the lowering work and Porsche brake upgrades too. It also has a stainless exhaust
This is an original paint has all of that priceless (can't be faked) patina, fading in places, knocks, dents and battle scars to keep you looking
The cab floor has had the classic repair and there's a small hole near battery tray but has been treated and just adds to the patina.
This bus hasn’t been seen at any UK shows either so 2017 could be its first outing.
Inside there is a custom interior with wardrobe, rock n roll bed, cooker stand and plenty of storage along with a buddy seat at the rear of the driver - could be changed to suit your tastes.
Another unusual feature and I've never seen another is that whilst this is a walk through model, it has a 3 up front single drivers seat and double bench seat and therefore has a removable brace to allow the bench seat... It looks like a factory option
