69 westy montana red

been working on this for a couple months,sold my 71 westy and picked this up when i went to the classic in june.have done a fair bit to it but this is how i first got it.

once again photo bucket is playing up

well photo bucket sucks but i can get these few off.more when it plays ball

let the buffing begin

engine out,then wanted to look at the tank as its had a fire.further investigation shows it wasnt a fuel leak but a battery went up on the other side so this must have been a leisure battery.i found some paint that mathed the grey of the fuel tank closing panel too so i gave it a lick as it was burnt :lol:









some polishing of the side windows ha ha i was bored





and the answer to the long unsolved mistery of what is that hook for on westy wadrobes

plans are to get it on the road mate.slamin it king and link pin and got a disc brake conversion going on.watch this space.
