Up for sale is our Just Kampers Spacemaker Tunnel awning. Only selling as we've recently treated ourselves to a Khyam Quick Erect awning which is a better size for us (smaller!)
The 2nd to last time we used it, the toggles that hang from the inside (for attaching the inner tent) were letting in a bit of water. We re-seam sealed one half of the awning on our next trip away and these remained dry, however the other side of the tent still needs doing. It is only 5 or so toggles, so nothing daunting - just wanted to be honest!
Apart from that, there is one small tear near the bottom of the canvas that attaches to the camper, this has been repaired. Also, at least one of the poles has partly lost the elastic that runs through the middle of it, i.e. You have to manually assemble the last few sections as you feed the pole through the canvas. It doesn't affect the awning in any way, and is probably easy enough to sort, we've just never gotten around to trying.
The awning comes with all the poles, pegs etc, and also another pole to attach the side to a bus gutter. It has a fully sown-in ground sheet, and the inner tent is separately attached, giving sleeping for 2+2, or one massive bedroom if you remove the clip-in divider.
