I'm having real problems trying to attach photos. Reading the instructions on the forum I clicked on that little square with the green bit. Nothing happened. So I tried adding attachments. I selected a photo, but again nothing happened. Can anyone help please.
Thanks
Andy.

I just tried to create a new post myself on my PC, but I think the functionality to upload images is missing at the moment.

What I do now is use Tapatalk on my phone, to get the post started and upload the required images, then on my PC I edit the post to add comments to the images and space it out better. Tapatalk is free and allows you to pick photos that you've taken from your phone. Hope this makes sense.

What's up? Im a 16 year old who is new to the VW life and still searching for a bus. My Dad and I are trying to find a project for us to work on over the next few years and our mutual love of VWs led us to try and find one. If anyone knows about a bus for sale in New England please let me know!

Hello Stefan, and welcome to the forum.
We're a more UK/European based forum, so I would try looking on the TheSamba.com which has mostly North American content and more likely to have a bus nearer you.
But we're much more friendly and don't laugh at beginner's questions. :)
And we like pics, so when you get one feel free to start a gallery thread on here.

Hi Stefan, as Mr Wiggy has said, we do like pictures  So if you see an addd or go to look at any, then pop some pictures up and our ‘ collective’ may be able to help with hidden problems that aren’t so easily visible. Our busses in the UK are possibly amongst the worse condition as projects because of the rust issues we have here, with lots of rain and salted roads in winter and a lack of decent sized storage space in general, so most vans have lived most of their lives in the rain  This does however give us a bit more of a specialised rust knowledge :(
Glad you could join us on this forum,it’s pretty relaxed and friendly here ;)

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,so,,,, good luck with your search

Long time lurker, short time poster 🙃😜

Hi Bussin, that looks great. Glad you’ve stopped lurkin and started postin
The only problem I can see with all these fantastic restored vans appearing on here is just how much they show my little van up  But it does look really good in these pictures and we do like pictures on here very very much  So big ol welcome and join in where you can.

Ozziedog,,,,,,,,might have to up my game

Hi - new to the forum = I have a 71 bay project and am just about to try to get a second hand roof and posts welded on to old bay which has rotten roof and upper window frames - I have noticed that the door gaps appear tight at front and narrow from b to a pillars - I was thinking of replacing a pillars to try to sort out problems - any suggestions on methods and cost of a pillars if I go for the option? This is my first bay and my eyes are being opened to the rot and various problems - sure it will be worth it in the end :)

Hi and welcome to the forum. Would I be right in thinking you have a right hand bus? Usually the case when lots of rot mentioned. Take great care when positioning the new roof because the hinge mechanism for the tailgate is built in and if it is not accurately located you will have nightmares trying to get your tailgate to sit square and true.

Good luck! and YES it will be worth it.
