On the look out for a new steering wheel, looking for a wooden option, not looking for original. I have no idea where to look. I have looked on e bay but not sure what I am looking at to be honest. Does anyone have any pics of theirs or advice on where to purchase one from??

Many thanks in advance.

I agree. If you want an aftermarket wheel, then these seem the best.

Sadly already sold, many thanks though.

At Dubfreeze a few years back at the end of the show I saw a trader with a new one in his hand as they were packing up. I asked how much? It had no hub/Boss or box so he said £70. We bought it and then the hub separately for £40 so total £110. I know that was really lucky but you might be able to get some saving at Dubfreeze (17th Feb.). Though to be honest I haven't seen the Traders List for this year. Just a thought.

Cheers Si, but yeah sold I’m afraid

I looked around for a while and ended up with a MCJ, good quality but the customer service isn't good. I mailed them to ask what the waiting time was before ordering, was told 3 weeks tops and it took around 9, they ignored every email after my initial one once I'd placed the order, so only order if you're prepared to wait and be ignored.
You can get cheaper wood rimmed wheels off eBay and other retailers like Mountney, but they are flimsy and the boss and horn push tends to be cheap plastic.
Have a look at Aircooled Accessories, they have a really nice quality wooden rim and are cheaper than MCJ, and I think they do an EB discount?

If you want the best quality..buy mcj..
If you want cheap...het one from midland wheels..although they do look nice, but I have no experience if the quality of these

I like the look of the black one from air cooled accessorieshttps://www.aircooledaccessories.com/baywindow-black-steering-wheel-earlybay-latebay-vw-wood-rim-wolfsburg
