Hi All,

Wanting to fit a tachometer but looking for suggestions / ideas [emoji3]

Not too keen on the large ones that mount on top of the dash. My microbus does have a spare pod (unfortunately don't have the clock). Would like one to blend in reasonably well with my stock looking dash.

Cheers
Craig

JK sell replica deluxe units for £190 and machine7 sell VDO 80mm units for £92.
Thanks. Not found the VDO units but looking like budget needs to be an eye watering £160 [emoji23]

I like these especially when fitted to the steering column and would have fitted one if I hadn't already got a Heritage (Smiths) installed in place of a clock.

Heritage are offering 10% discount for all orders this week plus the additional 5% EB (if registered) giving you 15% in total against the price.

I like the smaller aircooled accessories ones. Obviously need the bracket. Having not seen one fitted I was unsure as to where the wires would run and if it would get knocked with drivers legs ?!

I've seen one fitted and they look good. The bracket clamps directly under the ignition housing so it's quite a distance from your legs (depends how tall you are).

As for the wires they'd feed from the dash and drop down hidden.

I've got an Aspro/Deluxe dials one in my bus - love it :D

Similar (but better than) the others, but sadly discontinued I believe.

Just noticed JK have their 20% off weekend. They have the repro looking version to fit the dash at 167 and another VDO 80mm unit for half that. Guessing it would still fit the pod but not blend in as well with the orig dials.
