Fairy liquid neat worked-in with a stiff brush if they aren't too bad, if it's really ground in and discoloured rather than just grubby then methylated spirit on cotton wool will remove it, working a small area at a time. Same works on discoloured edging on the interior trim too.

Diluted traffic film removed and a brush brings them up very well. mix 50/50 and then wipe over with warm soapy water.
I used sugar soap and a nail brush too.
