What rear arch's should I have??

Bit of a strange one. My bay is mid way through having the odd bits sorting before being painted and ive noticed the rear arches don't match. It has one flared arch (I believe a late bay arch) and one with a flatter profile (I believe an early bay). I have looked online and it appears that my bus which is a 1971 is a crossover year for the rear arch's. Am I right in thinking that as it's an early bay ie small rear lights etc that it will have the earlier flatter style arch. I just want to make sure I cut the correct arch off :lol:
