Ok after placing a add on Retrorides forum 
A few members suggest Steelhorse Cafe near Abergavenny

First meet will start Sunday 24th January 9.30am till 12noon
and if all goes well second meet will be February 28th same time and again March 27th
Starting from April it will be 3rd Thursday each month from 6.30pm
