1950's / 60's Raleigh Hornet boys bike, solid tyres, good chrome £35
Rare 1950's Mobo Minibike £175
1950's / 1960's Super Sonda pedal scooter £275
Rare Kart version of the Flexy Flyer £95 , original wheels were missing so I have just put these on to give you the general idea. I think 5 inch diameter Triang pedal car wheels would do the job and look pretty good.
