Have you fitted a new master cylinder? Don't know if you will need a regulator as it doesn't mention them in the kit instructions. The brakes look sweet 8) Just fitted mine at the weekend. They are for 14" wheels so you don't get a backing plate and my disks aren't x drilled so they don't look...

I,m running the alternator pump on mine i.e. The pumps angled over to the left hand side to clear the larger diameter of the alternator but have generator fitted, will this give you more clearance? Must be ok as long as you use matching push rod. Mine works ok except for oil leak as per yours...

Sorry not any help but I've got the same problem but mine is not the original pump. It's an angled Brosol for an alternator and I,m running a dynamo. So will be watching this thread with interest.

Just received master cylinder and fitting kit from creative engineering and it's for a bus up to 1967 doh! Am I right in assuming I need a non servo master cylinder from a 70 to 79 van. And is this a straight swop ie. can I reuse the reservoir and just bolt it on.

Ahh Minisport didn't think about them. I'll be able to bodge the carbs on myself but as for jettting and fine tuning I'll need help. Thanks for that.

It's a dead end street so there's no way past. Only trouble with having more busses is it's a sickner when your's is the one with the most rust. :D

Thanks for the replies. Thats what it says in the instructions for the kit but when I rang CSP they said it's ok without. I'm gonna have to fit one or I suppose it'll be one of those things thats constantly at the back of my mind nagging. (like the wife :D )

I've just bought a CSP front disk brake conversion kit and am not sure about changing the master cylinder to a disk brake type. I got the kit from machine 7 who have said it's not necessary according to CSP, rang CSP to make sure and the guy said he was "pretty" sure it wasn't needed which...

I'm in need of a definative answer. Which wire should I tap into to connect relay terminal 86 to when wiring a dynamo to split charge a leisure battery. Dynamo wires. Regulator wires. Note the terminal with a spare connection is marked B+. Cheers folks. :D

This might be a bit of a numpty question but do the carbs have chokes like for when the engine is cold I mean. If not what happens when its's cold. How do you stop the engine stalling at idle.
