Ah!! Thank you .... do not have the armrests .... can’t see how I can cut the rear of the shelf as it’s wrapped in bamboo ... that’s a choker.... gonna look for the blanking plates ... any pointers to where I can get some?

Just tried to fit a new bamboo shelf .. discovered my air intakes look different to the ones I’ve looked at online .. the plastic end bits aren’t on everyone else’s! They are in the way and I can’t fit the shelf flush as a result .... Mines a 69 uk model ... not deluxe as far as I am aware ...

Change of plan ... visited Spencer at the old dub shop in Bristol ...top man ... put an adjuster in beam and dropped her down a few inches .same day..still drives like stock and looks much better ... May go more extreme in the future but happy bunny now..

I’m in the process of sorting interior ... vans stripped right down inside. I’m sound deafening and insulating ( silent coat and closed cell foam) then new ply ... I will eventually have a leisure battery split etc , with a fridge behind the rhd drivers seat , also some lighting.. It makes sense...
