getting Graham to do mine in the spring hopefully. My steering is dreadful. He has done some work for me in the past and got a good setup. He will take yours off in part exchange for a refurbished box. Will let you know when I get mine done
Ok I've just called the insurance and they have confirmed that it's not a problem to keep it insured without an MOT and SORN. They said most classic vehicles are kept in storage at certain times of the year without MOTs etc. Thanks for the advice. Going to put the old girl to bed for the winter. 👍
Hi all, My MOT is due next week but I'm not going to use my bus now till next year. It's garaged all year round. My question is, can I delay the MOT if I Sorn the vehicle and keep it garaged till march/April next year? I'll keep it insured. Thanks
Download MOT reminder from the App Store. You can put in the dates of MOT, Tax, Insurance and service and it links to your calandar on your phone and will send you a reminder.

Does anyone have a picture of what the front air ducting arrangement supposed to look like. I removed some piping under the dash to fit a new aerial and it doesn't look right and I'm convinced it wasn't correct in the first place. An actual photo would be great.

Hi all, my bus came with no numberplate light. Bought one from JK and fitted. The holder was a bit fiddly to fit and doesn't sit as good as it should inside the cut out. My question is is this the correct way round?

I'm going to put an order in with http://www.vwcampercurtains.co.uk by Sarah. Has anyone used her before? Any good? She sent me some samples which we like. Just wondered before we order

If I'm honest I prefer VW Camper & commercial magazine. I'm finding that Camper and bus has too many full page adverts in and it cost more too.

I use mine regular for my daughter or just storage. I can measure everything up for you if needed but prob easier to buy.

cheap and very effective. extremely easy to work with too and can be hidden. I'm going to run then strait from the control panel on my split electric supply.
I've gotta be honest it don't bother me at all, Just something I noticed and thought I would ask the question. Still totally in love with my early bay :-) just taken delivery of some goodies from JK so looking forward to fitting them soon.
thanks all for your replies.
Wow they have done a good job. Just googled it and your right there seems to be lots of converted front panels about. Bit gutted it's not the original tho [emoji22]
