Iv just bought a scat bottom pulley with degree ring on it. In the packet there was a wierd washer type thing with no mention of it in the instructions. Am i right in thinking its a spacer to push the pulley away from the case (towards rear of the van) ? Thus aligning the fanbelt? Cheers

As above the rear hazards on our 68 U.S import have stopped working, fronts work fine at normal speed and every other rear light works as it should. Is the switch to blame? Or something else? Thanks......

The ignition barrel on our 68 has gotten stuck solid, cant turn the key to start it at all. Its as if the wrong key has been inserted, anyone got any experience of this? Is there a way to refurb it? Could do without buying a complete new unit haha

Can the front bumper be adjusted? Ours dips towards each side like a sad face, can it be adjusted or has it had too many fat yanks jumping on the steps over the years? :lol:

I noticed last time out in our bus that the rear hubs seem to be getting hot, certainly the o/s anyway. When torqing the hubs i went to 246lb/ft but the castle was over the hole so it was tightened to the next hole available. Could this be too tight or something else? It seems hot right on the...

As above got the standard beam from our '68 which i keep tripping over. Its got adjusters welded in and comes with leaves but no trailing arms. Think iv got some track rods with new ends that i will throw in. Its solid, never been welded from our cali import so is LHD Located in Shropshire...

As above when removing one of my rear 1/4 light windows i managed to break the pin that the window hinges on :( So im looking for another one, condition not too important as long as it's not rotten/fucked :lol: Its for the left hand side of our LHD '68 deluxe Thanks

Got a problem with the brake lights on our '68 cali import. They will only work when the brake pedal is pressed REALLY hard, not even a flicker at any other time. Could this be down to faulty switches? Thanks

The '68 has gotten to the point where i cant start it via the ignition. It turns on but when i turn it to start it both lights turn off and fuel guage goes to empty but nothing happens, it wont turn over. Starting to get annoying now cuz its a 2 man job to start it when cold as the throttle...

I bought an engine back in the summer which was sold as no excessive end float, and ran fine. However iv since stripped it down a bit and with no flywheel attached the end float is horrendous! Should this be the case as there is no flywheel on it or is it fucked? Id say the crank has a good...
