I am wondering if the diagonal arms can be swapped left-to-right to reduce the amount of rear wheel camber on a lowered bus as on an IRS beetle. Anyone try it? I couldn't find much info on this and looking at a a spare set of diagonals I have it looks easily doable with just the bump stop plate...

Can anyone tell me if one could make early bay spring plates from pre-67 (split window) ones? Is the splined end the same? Are they long enough that I could cut the other end (rear) to the length/shape of the EB ones? Any pics of the two side-by-side? Thanks for any info.
